As an HGV Driver, you’ll always have the support of our warehouse and branch Partners to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of stock so that it is where it needs to be when our customers come to shop, even when things don’t go to plan.

Job Responsibilities:

Based at our Waitrose site in Aylesford, you’ll be transporting larger items of stock to and from the Waitrose Stores or nationwide changer over points in our modern fleet of articulated lorries. You’ll have full responsibility for the vehicle you’re taking out that day, completing all unit/trailer checks and safety checks before any departure and following the correct defect reporting procedures. Once on the road, you’ll be an ambassador for the John Lewis & Partners brand, upholding the high standards we are known for whilst adhering to the driving laws and regulations set out by the Highway code.

Job Requirements:

• Licence Valid driving experience tonne maximum LGV1 Drivers C+E a 44 (with driving UK of

• Valid Tachograph Card
