Job Description:

This role will be responsible for picking, sorting and packing of various dealers’ orders to an assigned carts or cages. Preparing dealer shipping labels using computerized shipping systems as well as Bill of lading/manifests for all shipments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Being able to distinguish discrepancies and make call outs to leadership of such issues
• Prepares Dealer shipping labels using computerized shipping system
• Consolidates items into containers/cartons and can identify number of pieces and weight on packing slip
• Sorting parts by Dealer name and code
• Picking orders from locations as specified on preprinted batch pick labels
• Packing parts as needed in packing material to prevent transit damage

Job Requirements:

• Sensory demands required by this position are moderate focusing on ensuring that the numbers on parts are accurate.
• Ability to communicate diplomatically with co workers
• Physical demands are higher and include lifting of cartons for shipping and receiving goods along with prolonged level of standing/walking
• A minimum of 1 year experience in a general warehouse
• Effective listening skills when given instruction
