Juniper Internship – Data Engineer Intern

Job Description:

Juniper’s Enterprise BI Team deals with all aspects of data related to the organization – be it Master Data, Transactional Data or Reference Data. The data may originate from sources internal to the company or outside the company and may be from on premise or SAAS applications.The BI team is responsible for Data Engineering (bringing all of this data into the Enterprise Data Platform or Lake, which is resident in Snowflake on AWS) and deriving insights from this data in the form of operational or predictive analytics / AI / ML.While the team creates various machine learning models today, the model selection and predicting outcomes is not a standardized process. The intern will be responsible for establishing the best means to democratize machine learning for a wider audience. In the process, the intern would create simple reusable starter kits for business users to leverage pre-existing data sets and models.
