HEB Warehouse Jobs – Dock Worker

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Must operate wash equipment & wash trailers as necessary; operate Material Handling Equipment
• Must unload trailer completely & safely & maintain a clean trailer
• Must be prompt, punctual & maintain a sense of urgency
• Load & unload trailers in a safe & efficient manner in accordance with SOP
• Responsible for the planning of & facilitation of daily loading & unloading of HEB trailers of specific reusable-s
• Promotes a safe & clean working environment
• Escalates issues outside parameters to appropriate parties

Job Requirements:

• Able to work in a Team based environment
• Able to operate machines or equipment in a safe, independent manner.
• Good organization skills
• Able to operate HEB In-House Systems such as TINA a plus
• Must have working knowledge of local, state and federal regulations
• Attention to detail
• Basic reading and writing skills
• Able to communicate effectively
• Bi-lingual language skills is a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Knowledge of Warehouse Process for sanitation, to include cleaning agents, supplies and other tools necessary
• Basic Math skills (+, -, *, /)
