Research and identify new Managed Services/ Shard Service Outsourcing business opportunities for IT Outsourcing, Business Process Outsourcing and Managed Call Centers – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Develop the business sales and marketing strategy.
- Create a sales pipeline for Outsourcing (ITO/BPO) and Managed Call Center.
- Seek ways of improving the way the business operates.
- Understand the needs of the customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these needs.
- Carry out sales forecasts and analysis.
- Manage and develop the relationship with the customers.
- Negotiate and conclude the contracts with the customers.
- Increase sales of the business.
- Have a good understanding of the Shared Services Outsourcing (ITO/BPO) and Managed Call Center businesses’ products or services and be able to advise others about them.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- MBA or bachelor’s degree in business or any other related fields.
- Excellent knowledge about Shared Services Outsourcing, IT Outsourcing, Business Process Outsourcing and Managed Call Center.
- Additional Marketing and Financial qualifications are preferred.
- 10 to 15 years of experience.
- Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work.
- Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients.
