Job Description:
Join us a Secretary at Tumela Mine to support the Manager and the department in the provision of secretarial and administrative functions.
Job Responsibilities:
- General office administration and housekeeping
- Keeping and updating a register of items
- Arraigning functions, events, booking courses, accommodation, travel
- Efficient, accurate and timely output of typing and filing for managers
- Accurate delivery of messages
- Response to urgent requests
- Effective Inter-department/unit communication
- Management of diaries as well as the management of e-mails for HOD
- Minute taking
- Effective telephone answering and receptionist role
Job Requirements:
- Good communication skills, fluent in English
- Valid Drivers’ License
- Computer literate (MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Additional Information
- Previous Secretarial or Administration experience
- Std 10/NQF Level 4 (Numeracy and Literacy)
- Reporting skills
